From elite to beginner, we meet you where you're at.
We can work together for years or just a session-- you're going to see a difference with our coaches. We start with two touchstones: your goal and where you are now. From there, we make a tailored program for your unique hockey lifestyle and training: skills, strength, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation, and even recruitment videos. We're based in Denver, Colorado but we travel all over.
Let's talk you and hockey: Where you are now, where you want to be, and the physical or mental obstacles you are currently facing.
Every athlete needs a training plan for their unique goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Let's build you a program that works.
Time to get to work. Let's make you the best athlete, player, and person you can be-- with the support of the best coaches in hockey.
Nothing beats 1 v. 1 training where the coach gets to focus 110% on your improvement. If you want to do everything you can to improve as a player, private training is the way to go.
There is both an art and science to gaining strength-- both require a coach that knows how to push you to your edge in the safest, most sustainable way possible.
That's right: we have a videographer on staff who can make you a highlight reel, recruitment video, or film movements and skills you're struggling with in slow motion for deeper analysis and visual feedback.
There are some things you just can't practice on your own. Sign up with teammates, friends, or join an already existing small group training.
Never be outskated again. The better conditioned you are, the more you can stay focused on the game. Even the most skilled players and teams can be beat by those better conditioned.
Athletes often give up mentally before they do physically. We all know the difference confidence, focus, and mental toughness can make to consistently playing our best at practices and games. Learn skills to stay psychologically strong.
Sometimes a guest coach is just what a team needs to push harder, learn a specific skill, or breakout of the practice routine. New coaches on the ice bring new energy.
Hockey is a lifestyle. We must consistently balance workouts, relaxation, family, school, friends, nutrition, and sleep. It's all connected and impacts our well-being as an athlete and person.
One of the toughest obstacles for an athlete is coming back after an injury. Work with coaches that know how to work with you during and after your injury-- so you can get back on track to achieving your goals and playing the game you love.
